I needed to sell my home quickly so I contacted POH Group and two other companies to view my home and make offer. I spoke with Mark at POH and less than two days later they viewed the home and provided me a very competitive cash offer. The process was quite pleasant working with Mark and his team they are polite as well as transparent. We closed in two weeks with a cash offer and without any disruptions. I received a letter from Mark at POH Group and at the top of the letter it read, "Hassle Free way of Selling your Home." That is an excellent way of describing the process with this buyer who is not a REALTOR. I contacted him October 10th and he asked me what I wanted for the property. His contractor completed a walkthrough of the house on October 11th and on October 13th we spoke on the phone and Mark made a fair offer on my late mother's house which was in need of some work. I was speaking with other investors and realtors and their offers were nowhere near Mark's offer who told me there is no contingency, as-is condition, non-disclosure, zero days due diligence. He e-mailed me a contract on October 15th. On October 16th the earnest money was verified and Mark made himself available to address any concerns or questions I had. My thought was, "this is too good to be true." He answered my questions and said, "let's close!" The most lengthy part of the process was the title search, which was completed on October 24 and Mark maintained constant communication throughout the whole process. We scheduled the closing for October 29th, two days before the agreement stated(on or before October 31st) 10:00 AM. His closing attorney of choice was close and convenient for me and is award winning, courteous, and professional. I was finished with the closing in 20 minutes and if you are in Metro Atlanta there is an office location near you for your convenience. If I had worked with Mark once my letters of administration came through from Probate I could have closed on this house months ago. I am thankful for Mark Brown and POH Group Homes. Mark is direct, professional, and ready to work with you if you want to sell your property. If I could give more stars I would. ~ Veda a
