Customer's reviews
I sold my house to POH Group with Mark Brown handling the transaction. I was impressed with how quickly Mark took action on the opportunity and came through with a reasonable offer we could accept. He communicated exactly how the process would unfold and was transparent and honest all the way. In the end he executed faster than the timelines he laid out and everything transacted smoothly. On top of that, POH group uses highly reputable closing attorneys who I could trust. IMO you can trust your transactions with POH Group.

I needed to sell my home quickly so I contacted POH Group and two other companies to view my home and make offer. I spoke with Mark at POH and less than two days later they viewed the home and provided me a very competitive cash offer. The process was quite pleasant working with Mark and his team they are polite as well as transparent. We closed in two weeks with a cash offer and without any disruptions. I highly recommend POH Group for anyone who wants to avoid the larger billboard companies that low-ball. Id work with POH again very much yes. Five stars.

Unfortunately, I couldn't rate POH Group more than 5 stars because they surely deserve it. I worked with Mark and he was beyond easy to work with. He was patient when things on my end were taking longer than expected. He always took my calls or texts and was absolutely amazing to work with. If you are on the fence about using them, do it, I assure you, you won't be disappointed.
